Currency rates aren't updating

Globill fetches rates when you have a connection and caches them on your device — the "updated Xh ago" line on the Convert tab shows how fresh they are. Open the app with a connection at least once to refresh the cache; after that, conversions keep working fully offline.

My trip or split data disappeared

Everything you enter is stored only in local storage on your device — nothing is backed up to a server. Deleting the app, or a phone restore/replacement without a device backup, will clear that data.

Do I need an account?

No. Globill has no accounts, logins, ads, or subscriptions — it's a one-time purchase and works offline.
